Spotless property with lovely and welcoming staff who let us check in early upon request. Lovely building and rooms with beautiful decoration. Location - excellent, close to the tower, Blackpool for many years, and the south pier. Again, not far from Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum.

By and large, it was handy base for sightseeing in Blackpool, had much fun and met amiable and excellent staff who let us check in early upon request. The rooms were comfy and mine was nicely decorated with 2 grown up children, ample coffee, as example. We liked great food. The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from Blackpool Odeon.

By and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in Blackpool, had much fun. Really enjoyed that a flat-screen television, ironing facilities and a radio were included. Worth its 3 stars.
